INTRODUCTION

The terms of the e-shop www.bakli.lt define the rules of your purchase and use of this page. By using this online store, you agree to these terms and conditions and make a contract between yourself and Bakli. By buying at this online store, you agree to the terms listed below, so please read them and make sure you understand.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation email of your order as soon as we receive your order. Also, you will be informed of any changes to your order status, so it's important to provide the correct email address when making your order. It is your responsibility to specify the correct email, delivery address, and phone number. If you have not received an email confirming your order, please contact us.

DISCOUNT CODES

To get a discount, you can use valid discount codes. Click on the icon “My shopping Basket” in the right corner of the page to find the order information. At the website bottom you can find “I have discount code” section, click on it to enter the code and submit your order. The coupon code will not be available if you wish to use it after you have made the order.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

  • by bank transfer (it can be done via electronic banking, in the bank, in the post office);
  • by credit card;
  • by debit card;
  • by Paysera platform;
  • by Paypal system.

All money transfers are managed by listed payment service providers. Bakli does not collect any banking information. Credit / debit card payments are processed by Cardinity, a payment institution that takes care of secure payments using strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank, so no other people except your bank can access the information.

TIME OF PRODUCTION

All of our products are custom-made. Their production takes 1 working day. The products are immediately shipped after production.

WRONG DELIVERY

If you have not received your order on time, please contact us and let us know as soon as possible. In your email, please provide your name, surname and order number. Please note that you are responsible for the correct delivery address.

RETURNING THE GOODS

Return of quality goods

If the products are not what you expected, you can return them. Good quality, undamaged and unused goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, with the exception of personalized products created according to the personal wishes of the buyer (by choosing engraving, embossing, mixing leather and thread colors, etc.) (according to the CC, Article 6.22810, part 2). You will have to cover the return costs with your own funds or return them to us free of charge at the studio in Kaunas.

Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been damaged, lost their appearance, been used, or no longer have their original packaging.

In order to exchange or return goods, we recommend informing us about it by e-mail info@bakli.lt with your order number to identify your order.

When sending goods back to us, be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the package. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write down all the information on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the package.

Refunds for goods are made by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the written report of the cancellation of the sales contract. If the money has not reached your bank account after the specified time, please contact us.

Return of defective goods

If you notice that the item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email info@bakli.lt. Explain the situation. If the defect is visible, please attach several photos that clearly show it. Don't forget to write the order number to identify the order. After assessing the situation, an appropriate decision will be made and an answer regarding further actions will be sent to you within 2 working days.

 In the case of manufacturing errors or defects, we can repair, replace or refund personalized products created according to the buyer's wishes (by choosing engraving, embossing, mixing leather and thread colors, etc.).

Bakli is not responsible for mistakes made by the buyer by ordering the wrong engraving. This rule does not apply if the item was badly engraved due to our fault.

Bakli is not responsible for an incorrectly exchanged product and may refuse to exchange it if the return form is not included in the shipment or is filled out incorrectly.

We inform you that if you are not satisfied with our decision, you can contact us in writing (by e-mail) and submit your requirements, no later than within 3 months from the submission of our decision. Your request will be examined and a detailed response will be provided within 14 days. If the problem cannot be solved, according to Article 6.2287 of the CC point 16, you have the right to apply to VVTAT (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, address: Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt), to the institution in your country or to the court. You can submit requests or complaints on the electronic consumer dispute resolution platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.

In order for you to place an order online at www.bakli.lt, we must save some information about you. Bakli keeps your information confidential. We respect your privacy and protect information about you, never share it with unauthorized persons or institutions. We strive to offer you a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

REVIEWS

Our customer reviews from the online store www.bakli.lt are genuine and authentic. Feedback is a reflection of our diligent work that makes purchasing decisions easier for other users. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave a review of shopping experience in our online store, delivery, quality of goods or customer service. Also, please upload a photo (s) of the received product next to the review.

After 3 weeks of ordering, each customer receives an email with a feedback link. You don't need to reply to the email, just click on the link and you will be taken to the feedback page. Publicly displayed feedback does not contain any information that would allow the person to be identified.

COPYRIGHTS

All contents on www.bakli.lt, including photos, moving pictures, graphics and videos, are owned by Bakli. Any use of the contents of the site is prohibited without the permission of Bakli.

SIZING

If you would like to change the size of the pet collar you received, please contact us by email info@bakli.lt within 14 days of receipt of goods. Note that the product should be free of usage marks, preferably with the package unopened.

Pet collars without an engraved plate can be replaced to a required size free of charge. The buyer only has to pay for shipping in both directions.

Pet collars with attached engraved plate are not replaceable as it is an individual product.

When sending goods for resizing be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the shipment. If you do not have the opportunity to print, write all the information by hand on a piece of paper according to the return form and put it inside the shipment.

Bakli is not responsible for the incorrectly changed size and may refuse to change the size of the goods if the return form is not included in the shipment or it is filled in incorrectly.

Warranty

The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear. If the damage is caused by improper wearing and care of the products, the warranty does not apply.

If you have encountered a manufacturing error, you can contact us by e-mail (info@bakli.lt) within three months of noticing the manufacturing error or defect and explain the situation, as well as attach a few photos that will allow you to better understand and evaluate it.Don't forget to write the order number to identify the order. Within 2 working days, after evaluating the situation, we will send you further details.

Lifetime warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all leather goods, so we will repair or replace any damaged, broken or lost parts (studs, magnet, zipper, card holder mechanism) free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of leather and other details, changes in leather color, pattern; to scratches; to defects caused by improper use of the product.

If you want to take advantage of the lifetime guarantee, please contact us by email info@bakli.lt and explain the situation, as well as attach photos of the product details. After assessing the situation, an appropriate decision will be made and a response will be sent within 2 working days.

We can inspect and repair the products in our studio in Kaunas, Raudondvario pl. 91 (be sure to contact us by phone before arrival) or you can send them to us (paying for shipping both ways). When sending goods to us, be sure to include a printed and correctly completed return form inside the package.
