Lifetime warranty

We trust our products, materials, every stitch and quality so strongly that we offer a lifetime warranty on all leather goods. It is important to us that you can always enjoy our leather creations.

In the rare event than a rivet, magnet, zipper, or card holder mechanism needs inspection or repair, we'll take care of it free of charge so you can continue to enjoy the accessory flawlessly.

We trust in the durability of leather, but we also have to recognize the nature of leather - it is a material that changes over time, embodying unique marks, naturally occurring scratches and patina that tell the unique story of the leather. Our lifetime warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from regular use of the product.

We hope that the Lifetime Warranty will give you confidence in our craftsmanship and that each piece of leather will become an integral part of your everyday life.

Delivery

We produce all orders individually for you. Production usually takes 1 business day. It may take longer (2-3 business days) to implement the unique engraving ideas you have created.

The delivery time of the order depends on the delivery method you have chosen. You can see them HERE.

Important! During sales and holidays, we receive more orders, so the delivery time may be extended.

Engraving

We can engrave each product according to your individual idea.

You can enter the text to be engraved in the box or describe your idea by clicking on the inscription next to it "Have your own idea for personalization?" Click here". If you still can not submit the engraving as you want, you can order the product without engraving and write us an e-mail with a more detailed explanation and sample photos. Then we will prepare and send you the preview and start the production after your approval.

Note: It may take longer (up to 2-5 days) to produce the product according to your individual engraving idea.

Pendant is just awesome. I was amazed that you can choose a text style and see what it would look like right away. The price is low for such a pendant and engraving on both sides. Packing looks like a gift, you don’t even need a gift box. Fast production and delivery. Highest rating and thanks💪👍🀩

I am very, very happy with the pendants for my pets! Not only nice, but also very high quality. Pendant is solid, which is very important because we have already lost many pendants from other shops.
