Our products are laser engraved. The engraving may vary slightly each time due to the different surfaces to be engraved, the color of the leather, and the type. It can be darker or lighter. After engraving, the leather may become slightly smoky, dark, or oily due to the heat of the laser.

After selecting the desired product, next to the engraving text box, you will see the inscription “Do you have your own idea? Click here". When an additional box appears, you will be able to describe your idea and attach a photo or picture to help us better understand your wishes. If you have any questions, please contact customer service. Also, if we have any additional questions about your engraving idea, we will contact you.
Note: It may take longer (up to 2-3 days) to make the product according to your individual engraving idea.
Contact our customer service department in the contact section as soon as possible so we can change or cancel your order before it is sent. Be sure to write your order number in the email.

After ordering and making a payment, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. It is important that the email address you provided is correct. If you haven't received a message, check the spam box. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us before submitting a new order to verify that your order is on our system.
We usually produce your orders within 1 business day. Implementation of individual engraving ideas may take longer (2-3 business days). Note: Products are shipped only after they are produced. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
Delivery can take a little longer than delivery table shows because shipping to other countries of the world can delay the goods a little longer due to customs.

Unfortunately, no. The customer is responsible for the correct engraving text. Therefore, when making your order, make sure that the engraving text is spelled correctly and exactly as you wish.
If you received a product with an incorrect engraving text due to a manufacturing error, we will replace the product for free. In this case, contact our customer service department and describe the situation. Be sure to write your order number in the letter and attach a photo (s) of the received product.
We suggest for you to inspect your goods as soon as you receive them, to make sure they are in good condition and exactly as you ordered. If you decide there is something wrong with the products, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend that you write an email and explain the situation as well as add some photos to help us understand the situation.
Do not forget to write an order number to identify the order. Once the situation has been assessed, the decision will be made and the reply will be sent within 2 business days.
If the products are not what you expected, you can return them. Good quality, undamaged and unused goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, with the exception of personalized products created according to the personal wishes of the buyer (by choosing engraving, embossing, mixing leather and thread colors, etc.) (according to the CC, Article 6.22810, part 2). You will have to cover the return costs with your own funds or return them to us free of charge at the studio in Kaunas.

Yes,the warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear and tear. If the damage is caused by improper wearing and care of the products, the warranty does not apply.

We use natural, high-quality leather to produce Bakli products. Since it is a natural product, small scars and scratches can be seen on the surface of the products, which is the real charm of natural leather. Leather products are designed to last and age beautifully. Over time, the surface changes, acquires a darker shade, and the leather itself softens. This is because of the natural oil from hands, dust and other impurities.
Only by taking time to care for your leather goods you will maintain their value and appearance. Natural leather requires special care - avoid contact with water and regularly use Bakli leather care balm. You can easily protect, moisturize or clean the surface of the leather with it. Balsam-impregnated products repel water and dirt, protect the leather from fading and drying. Important: test the balm on a small not very visible area before using it. Make sure the product dries evenly and leaves no marks.

Pet collars without an engraved plate can be replaced to a required size free of charge. The buyer only has to pay for shipping in both directions.
Pet collars with attached engraved plate are not replaceable as it is an individual product.

We offer a lifetime warranty on all leather goods, so we will repair or replace any damaged, broken or lost parts (studs, magnet, zipper, card holder mechanism) free of charge.

We can inspect and repair the products in our studio in Kaunas, Raudondvario pl. 91 (be sure to contact us by phone before arrival) or you can send them to us (paying for shipping both ways). We only use proven, high-quality materials for the production of all our wallets. However, if it so happened that the card case with the mechanism in the wallet no longer works (no longer ejects cards, etc.), please contact us.
We offer a 6-month warranty for aluminum card cases with a mechanism. If the case you have breaks down during this period, we will replace it with a new one free of charge in our studio in Kaunas (contact us before your arrival) or we can send it to you (you will only have to pay for the shipping costs).
